The owners of the Ocean Resorts anticipate to shown large amounts of money. However, many still do not want to leave the oceanfront enclave.

A Boca Raton investment group has its sights set on another oceanfront mobile-home park. The target is the Ocean Resorts. Three months ago, the small town Briny Breezes rebuffed the investment group. The town was reported to have declined the  $500 million offer.

Ocean Land Investments ventured inside the 400-lot Ocean Resorts twice during the past month to meet with residents. The group was reported to be considering making an offer to buy the park.

Lily Silbermann said that the small park has everything including the ocean and the river. At this time, official plans or developer partnerships were not yet devised.
