Leo Ferris Real Estate is now with Weichert First Residential Group, an obvious growth is expected to occur on the company. The reported merge was occurred just last January 12, but both parties decline the financial terms of the deal, they say that it's a good done deal for both.

It was reported that the company has recently acquire real estate pros Gayle Aertker as it's senior vice president of real estate and Paul DiBrito another real estate vet as it's vice president for real estate. |

Friday. They say job growth will reach it's for the office market and

Forecast says real estate business this year has the potential to rise up. According to Grubb & Ellis/Martens Commercial Group that most of commercial real estate sectors will rise in Wichita. Grubb & Ellis /Martens Commercial Group president Steve Martens says that it's a good year, mainly because January this year that use to be a slow month now has exciting progress, it's been busy as ants. |
